The state of Michigan is one of the few that require requesters pay for labor, photocopies, and shipping before they will release public documents.
Before their list of captive wildlife farms will be released, Michigan is asking for:
- 1.5 hours of labor = 47.06
- Photocopies x30 = 3.00
- Shipping = 1.95
For a total of $52.04.
